Reinstall OneDrive

Before trying anything else, please confirm:

1. Do the missing files appear in OneDrive Web https://onedrive.live.com when you sign in with the same Microsoft account?
2. Did you only uninstall the OneDrive app, or did you also delete the OneDrive folder or reset the computer?
3. Were the missing files saved inside the OneDrive folder, such as "Desktop", "Documents", or "Pictures", before you uninstalled it?

Question 1. The files and document do not apprear in OneDrive web https://onedrive.live.com

Question 2: I only uninstall the OneDrive application and installed it again. My files and documents do not appear when I click and open Files Explorer.

Question 3. I do not remember if the files were saved.

Thank you. Since uninstalling OneDrive normally does not remove local files, let us first check whether they are still on the computer.

Please do not reset OneDrive, uninstall it again, or empty the Recycle Bin for now.

1. Open File Explorer and go to C:\Users. Open your user folder. Do you see a folder named "OneDrive"? If yes, are any files inside it?
2. In File Explorer, select "This PC" and search for the exact name of one missing document. Does Windows find it anywhere?
3. Click the OneDrive cloud icon near the clock, then open "Settings" > "Account." Is the email shown there exactly the same email you used to sign in to OneDrive Web?
