Artifact Signing – organization identity validation failed for a Belgian sole proprietorship

My Artifact Signing organization identity validation failed and I would like

guidance before submitting a new request.

Setup: Artifact Signing account in North Europe, Basic SKU, Public Trust,

Organization identity type, country Belgium.

Timeline (UTC):

• Day 1, 19:17 - "Action required - complete your identity validation" email
• Day 2, 04:32 - identity verification completed successfully
• Day 2, 04:48 - status changed to "Validation Fail"

The portal shows this reason:

"Please provide additional document(s) dated within the past 12 months to

verify your organization. Examples of verification documents are as follows:"

The sentence is truncated in the portal - it ends with a colon and no list of

example documents follows. So I do not know which documents are expected.

About my entity: I am a Belgian sole proprietorship (entreprise personne

physique). It is a registered business with an enterprise number and VAT

registration, active since December 2019, but it has no separate legal

personality, so it does not appear in commercial company databases. I suspect

this is why automated verification could not confirm it.

I can provide an official full extract from the Belgian Crossroads Bank for

Enterprises (SPF Economie), issued today, showing the enterprise number, legal

name, registered address, start date, VAT status and registered activities -

which include "Software publishing" and "Computer programming activities".

I can also provide a utility bill from this month confirming the same address.

My questions:

1. What is the exact list of documents you accept, and how do I submit them? I see no upload option in the portal and the "Renew" button is disabled.
2. For a sole proprietorship, is Organization validation the right choice, or should I use Individual validation instead? The publisher name on the certificate will be my personal name either way.
3. Did this failed request consume one of my three attempts, and how many remain?

I would rather wait for guidance than submit a new request blindly and waste

an attempt. I can share the identity validation ID and subscription ID

privately if a moderator needs them.
