Organization identity validation "Failed" with no reason shown — Artifact/Trusted Signing (account: greymatterlabs)

Posting via my Developer support plan (prioritised Q&A). This continues an existing thread — https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5955695/trusted-signing-identity-validation-failed-with-no — where a community volunteer confirmed only the Trusted Signing team can resolve it.

My Artifact Signing (Trusted Signing) ORGANIZATION identity validation has status "Failed" with no reason shown in the portal (the detail blade shows only the submitted data and a "Failed" status; the Activity log is empty). My personal Verified ID / Face Check step completed successfully — only the organization validation failed.

I have verified every submitted field against public records. The ONLY discrepancy I can find is the registered office address: the identity-validation street field is limited to 30 characters and cannot hold my full registered first line. My Companies House registered address (UK company no. 09447796) is:

The Regent Suite, 1 Old Court Mews, 311 Chase Road, London, N14 6JS

"The Regent Suite, 1 Old Court Mews" alone is 34 characters, so it does not fit the field, and I cannot enter the address so that it exactly matches the Companies House / D&B record.

Could the Artifact Signing / Trusted Signing team please:

1. Review the backend validation result for the ID below and confirm the SPECIFIC reason it failed;

2. Advise how to enter a registered address that exceeds the 30-character street field (an accepted abbreviated form, a second address line, or validation directly against Companies House / D&B); and

3. Reset / re-initiate the organization identity validation so I can resubmit with the corrected format.
