How to fix my Microsoft Form for not saving responses

I have kept the form open for my university people for a survey, but it is not saving or updating the responses in the Excel sheet or the view responses tab. Although upon enquiry, people are able to fill the form, but I cannot see the responses.

All the necessary things are enabled, like the accept response option, no start and end date, and allow respondents to save their responses.

What can be done?

I have tried to replicate the situation on my end, and the form appears to be working as expected.

With that in mind, would you be able to create a new test form and check whether the same behavior occurs there as well?

Also, has anyone else using the same university account or tenant experienced the same issue, or does it appear to be affecting only your account?
