Dear Jisna,

Good day, and thank you for reaching out to the Q&A Forum. I understand that even though your Microsoft license is active, you are still seeing the message "Microsoft Bookings is not enabled for you" when trying to access Bookings. As a forum moderator, I genuinely wish I could directly access your account or delve into the backend systems to diagnose and fix this for you. However, our role here is limited to providing general guidance and solutions that can be applied by users. From my research, this message typically means that even though your Microsoft 365 subscription and license are active, Bookings itself is disabled at the organization, user-license, mailbox-policy, or Teams app-policy level.

For an issue of this nature, please reach out to your IT administrator for further assistance. They can check the following from their side:

  • Whether Microsoft Bookings is enabled at the tenant level.
  • Whether your user license includes Bookings
  • Whether the Bookings app is allowed in the Teams app permission policy assigned to you.
  • Whether any Teams app setup or permission policy is blocking the application.
  • Whether your mailbox is hosted in Exchange Online, since Bookings requires an Exchange Online mailbox to function.
  • Whether your account has a license that supports Teams meeting scheduling.

If you don't know who your IT administrator is, please refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

I know this may not be the answer you were hoping for, and I understand it can be disappointing when the resolution requires admin involvement. Please know that as a forum moderator, pointing you toward the correct, specialized support is genuinely the most effective help I can offer from my position. I truly hope you get this resolved swiftly. Wishing you all the best.
