A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
Hi Kelly,
Email notifications for form responses can remain tied to the account that originally enabled them or created the form, even after the form has been moved to or owned by a group. Group forms and their notification settings are managed separately from group membership, which can lead to situations where a former member continues to receive response notifications.
Since you no longer have access to the Team or the group form, you will not be able to modify the form's notification settings yourself. The best course of action is to contact a current owner of the Team or Microsoft 365 Group and ask them to open the group form in Microsoft Forms, review the response notification settings and disable any notification settings associated with your account or reconfigure the notification recipients as appropriate.
If there are no remaining owners who can access the form, your Microsoft 365 administrator may need to investigate whether the notifications are still associated with your account and assist with updating or transferring the form configuration.
I hope this provides enough clarity and helps you stay inform with your current situation.
