Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

To be able to assist you better, please clarify the following:

    1. What happens when you try to adjust the volume?
    • Is the slider greyed out or unclickable?
    • Does the slider move, but the sound does not change?
    • Are shortcut keys on your keyboard not responding?
    1. What icon appears next to the clock?
    • Is there a red "X" or a muted symbol over the speaker icon (or a message saying "No Audio Output Device Installed")?
    1. What audio device are you using?
    • Internal speakers, external speakers, or headphones?
    • Connected via 3.5mm jack, USB, or Bluetooth?

Also, share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Looking forward to your reply.
