To be able to assist you better, please clarify the following:
- What happens when you try to adjust the volume?
- Is the slider greyed out or unclickable?
- Does the slider move, but the sound does not change?
- Are shortcut keys on your keyboard not responding?
- What icon appears next to the clock?
- Is there a red "X" or a muted symbol over the speaker icon (or a message saying "No Audio Output Device Installed")?
- What audio device are you using?
- Internal speakers, external speakers, or headphones?
- Connected via 3.5mm jack, USB, or Bluetooth?
Also, share a screenshot of your system information.
- Press "Windows + R", type
msinfo32and press Enter.
Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
Looking forward to your reply.
