Unable to receive SMS verification on password reset in Sweden

Hello

I have for the past week been attempting to recover my account, both by attempting (and failing) to follow the steps to reset my password, failing as I continue to get the same error saying that this verification method does not work right now, and asking me to try again later. I have tried later multiple times and I keep getting the same error message, it is INCREDIBLY frustrating.

I have also gone through with the account recovery form 3 times in the last week, and keep being told that I would usually receive a response within 24 hours, but even after 8 days I am yet to receive a response from it.

I am simply trying to get my account that I've had half my life back, but the automated systems at Microsoft continue to not work or give me any of the help I actually need.

What can I possibly do that doesnt include making a new account or waiting a hundred years for the account recovery form to actually work?
