I was offered an upgrade whilst I was in Excel (via upgrade your plan button) I was on Family Classic paying £79.99 PA the offer shows 6tb of storage it does NOT say it's 1tb per person like the Premium plan. I agreed to the upgrade as it gave me the additional storage and now I'm paying £24 PA more for the same service I had before. Seriously not happy!Screenshot 2026-07-20 175624

Hello,

If the upgrade happened recent enough, chat with billing support, explain it. They usually can help you.

Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
