how can i access word and indesign when operating Monterey OS

Since 13th July I have only been able to view my word docs, I am now operating Monterey OS but cant upgrade as my Mac is too old. I need to be able to access my docs in word and indesign.

I am not overly techy.

That is great news, I am glad that worked for you.

For the Adobe InDesign and Photoshop apps, they are not Microsoft apps, you would need to contact Adobe Support on their website, they may also be affected by that Apple Security update.

    Yes I think I need a new version than I had but older than the newest one.
