Microsoft wont validate my account, but I literally do not have enough information to satisfy their requirments but I can unquestionably prove ownership over my account.

I recently dug out my old xbox 360 to get at my old minecraft worlds but I cannot access my xbox live account unless I provide my password to the account which I have long since forgotten, as well as the answer to my security question since I was 9 when I made the account. Going through the account recovery tool I am able to provide my name, address, zip code, and gmail address associated with my account, what products I have used (xbox) and my gamertag and xbox360 console ID. The problem is that one of the questions it asks me when I mark that I've purchased products before is the credit card info that was used for these purchases. I cannot provide this information since I never used card, I only ever used giftcards to pay for games and xbox live, the giftcards were paid for in cash from my allowance. So this is unanswerable, but not providing this information leads microsoft to email me

I also cannot provide previous passwords used, because I only ever had one password that I cannot remember and have no idea if its written down anywhere, and I cannot provide the answer to my security question because of how vague it was.

This is all so infuriating because, its my xbox account, I have the xbox I played with it right here in my desk drawer and microsoft logged me out because I refused to update it. What is even the purpose of the account recovery tool if it requires information that by definition anyone using the password recovery wouldnt have.

Is there an actual way to get back access to my account? Why cant microsoft just authenticate me? I can provide a photograph of my username next to the running xbox 360. How can I ever get access back if the account recovery tool doesn't work?
