I need to change my PIN for a Microsoft account which I can no longer access - once I change this PIN, I need to access my Bitlocker code for my personal computer which I can't find at home. I

I have two Microsoft accounts. I can't access the first account I created because at a time earlier this year I tried to change my password too many times, and that account was locked. Because of this, i set up a new account which I use frequently and through which i am contacting you now.

Currently, I cannot sign into my personal computer. For some reason, my sign in code, which I used successfully until last week, doesn't work. Therefore, I need to reset the PIN to open the computer. I followed all of the directions on a blue screen (troubleshooting, etc) but it kept prompting me to enter my Bitlocker code, which I cannot find at home. There is an option to reset the computer, but was notified that I will lose all of my files, which cannot happen. Therefore, I need to be able to change my PIN, and access my BItlocker #.

I've attempted to get Microsoft to help my with this issue, including sending information about emails I have sent with the

messages associated with these emails. I did this a few times, and at this point I am waiting for Microsoft to advise if I have provided enough information to help me resolve this problem. Please help me with this as I need to access my personal computer as soon as possible. I will authenticate myself with whatever it takes to get you to help me.
