Can't connect to Azure portal - Not getting Authenticator code

Hi,

I can no longer connect to my Azure portal or Azure services using my personal Outlook.com account. Azure is prompting me for a code from Microsoft Authenticator, but the Authenticator app is not displaying any code for this account.

I currently have no way to complete the Azure sign-in process, so I am effectively locked out of the account.

I have already tried the following:

  1. Disabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on my account. Azure still requests an Authenticator code.
  2. Re-enabled MFA on my account. Azure still requests an Authenticator code and I am not getting a notification on my app.
  3. Tested MFA from the Microsoft Account Security page. I successfully receive approval/code prompts in the Authenticator app.

I tried to login from a laptop/web page (private mode) and mobile phone app.

Is there a way to reset or remove the current MFA/security settings associated with my Azure account?

Thank you.
