how to re-activate office 2021 by phone

My computer motherboard was out of order. Office 2021 have to reactivate after replacing motherboard.

I tried to activate over internet. but no luck. The error message is "the key have reached the maximum number of activation. I want to activate by phone. But the activation telephone number in Hong Kong 852-23889600, 852-29042198 are no longer valid.

Please advise the solution to activate office 2021 again

Hello Zoe Hung,

I understand that your computer’s motherboard was replaced, and Office 2021 now shows that the product key has reached its maximum number of activations.

Please try calling the current Hong Kong Product Activation Center at +852 3002 2858 to see whether it works. Keep the Office Activation Wizard open, as you will need to provide the Installation ID shown on the screen and then enter the Confirmation ID you receive.
