Problem with my SSD

I had some problem with my Dell Inspiron laptop. I have and SSD and HDD installed on my laptop and I can boot up with both of them though I primarily used the SSD. But there was a problem with the SSD and I kept getting a blue screen.1000058470

So I tried the Repair my pc option the one time boot menu. This put my SSD under bitlocker encryption and I now need a 48 digit code that I don't have. So I tried reinstalling windows but during this I could not find my SSD in the window where we make and delete partitions. 1000058471

But when I booted up with the HDD I can clearly see that my laptop still detects the SSD. It even shows the SSD in the Disk Management. 1000058472

For the Bitlocker Recovery Key problem:

If your drive is encrypted with Bitlocker, the only place the Bitlocker Recovery key is automatically stored is on the associated Microsoft account on the link below, be sure to check any Microsoft account that may have been used on the PC and also any work or school account that may be linked to the PC.

(Note, even if your device does not show on the Microsoft account, the Bitlocker Recovery Key may still be available on this link)

If you are still unable to locate the Bitlocker Recovery Key, if you are unable to see the SSD when you try to reinstall Windows, if you have an Intel processor:

You need to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website.

From the chipset/storage section, download the installer for the Intel RST drivers.

Extract out the drivers from that installer and put them into a new folder on your USB.

When you reach the part of the installation where you cannot see the drive, click 'Load Driver, then select one of those Intel RST drivers.
