hi im receiving authenticator messages saying was that you

Hi i have several devices with outlook accounts but generally use one at a time but mostly my mobile and the other devices are off or asleep also to my knoweledge only my mobile has the authenticator app

on my mobile i get a notification asking if that was me but not when i first login to outlook i get it much later i dont get any numbers to put into authenticator at any point so which application or device is initiating the requests? The originating IP address for the authentication request, whether you can see failed or incomplete multi-factor challenges, And whether these requests came from one of my trusted devices or an unknown device.

or any idea whats going on its becoming a pain
