Hello,

I purchased the lifetime subscription of the FilmForth video editing app.

After a PC reset the subscription has been removed.

I am using the right account and can proof the purchase.

    Hi Johnathan,

    Since this product does not seem to

    be a Microsoft product you would need

    to contact the company that made it.

    Using Google I can't even find a website

    for that company.
