Using Outlook for Android for personal email and calendar management
Hi Shall Camas House Publishing,
You indicated that hyperlinks within the email body can be opened using touch input, while the same links do not respond to Bluetooth mouse clicks. At the same time, mouse clicks continue to work for Outlook interface actions such as opening, replying to, deleting, and managing messages. This suggests that Outlook is recognizing mouse input within the application UI, but the component responsible for rendering email content may not be processing mouse-click events on hyperlinks as expected.
To help narrow down the scope of the issue, please test whether the behavior changes when the message is opened in a full-screen or pop-out view. If links remain unresponsive to mouse clicks in that mode, it would further indicate a product issue within the Outlook for Android email rendering component.
We also recommend verifying the following:
- Outlook for Android is updated to the latest available version.
- The issue occurs across multiple emails and senders.
- The behavior is reproducible with different Bluetooth mouse devices, if available.
- The same links can be clicked successfully in another Android email client.
If the issue continues after these checks, please feel free to let me know.
