I'm trying to pair my Picun wireless headphone using Bluetooth, but it's not finding my headphones. I don't even see Turn Bluetooth on. I click Bluetooth than add device, select audio, all is say's is COULDN'T CONNECT. Tried the Help and troubleshooters but nothing is helping. I have a Dell OptiPlex windows 11 Desktop, it does have a speaker built in, but I want to use headphones to not disturb other's in home. Any help would be awesome.
I want to thank you for your help. I feel pretty dumb right now. When I received new computer, it came with a USB for wireless/Bluetooth. I forgot all about it. Than my brain woke up... I put USB in and downloaded it, now I have Bluetooth and my headphones work.

Here are Picun's own instructions, from the Picun website:
"How do I pair Picun wireless headphones?
To pair Picun wireless headphones, turn them on and hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue. On your phone or device, open Bluetooth settings and search for available devices. Select your model (e.g., F8 Pro, B12, P26) to connect. Once paired, the LED light will stop flashing and remain steady. Most models remember your device, so they’ll connect automatically the next time. If pairing fails, reset the headphones by holding the power button for 10–15 seconds and repeat the process."
To open Bluetooth settings on a Windows 11 PC ...
Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth and devices > Bluetooth > On
... and search for available devices ...
Click on "Add device"
This is a new computer. I did use the headphones on other computer with no problems. Unfortunately it no longer works.
When in device manager, when I click Bluetooth there is no Bluetooth driver to enable. Here is my system info.

The built in speaker does not mean that the desktop has Bluetooth. Since the Bluetooth On and Off is missing, Windows is probably not detecting a Bluetooth adapter.
Have you used the Bluetooth of your computer previously? Does your headset connect to other devices?
In the meantime, right-click Start > Device Manager > Expand Bluetooth > Right-click the Bluetooth driver > Enable device.
If it shows an error, delete and then reinstall the correct Bluetooth driver from your computer's official webpage. I can help you find the compatible driver. Click Start > Type system information and hit enter > Screenshot and post it back.
