I cannot log into Azure, 2FA not working, Authenticator not working

I am not able to log into my personal (this is not a work or school account) Azure account. I have not used it in almost a year. I've reset my password but every method I try requires some kind of 2FA or use of the Authenticator app. I don't have this account in my Authenticator app and have no idea how to add it.
I need to be able to get into my Azure account so that I can deactivate it. I no longer use Azure and am still being billed (very small amounts) for services that are still out there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
