Hello. I only have this issue with this school account and it has happened for years but it has gotten worse lately. I go in to try and login to my email, and once I hit the log in button on my school's credentialing page, the page acts like it is logging me into my account and then it changes to a page where it says that it is logging me out of my account. It is so bad that I cannot log in on my laptop for the most part. Even logging into my college website and trying to access the email that way doesn't work most of the time. I have tried clearing the cache among the other fixes everyone knows like updating my browser. I would really like to log into my email on my computer so any help would be appreciated.

Dear @RREYNOL7,

I'm sorry to hear you've been dealing with this for so long. I understand how frustrating it must be, especially when it affects access to both your email and college resources.

To help narrow down the cause, could you please provide a few additional details?

  1. Does this issue occur on all browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), or only on a specific browser?
  2. Does the issue occur on only one device, or multiple computers?
  3. Are other students at your school experiencing the same problem?
  4. Could you please provide screenshots of the pages showing the sign-in process and the "logging out" message?

In the meantime, since you've already cleared your browser cache, please also try:

1.Opening an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and signing in there.

2.Trying a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot).

3.Removing any saved Microsoft or school account credentials from the browser.

  • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
  • Type control and hit Enter to open the Control Panel.
  • Navigate to User Accounts > Credential Manager.
  • Remove any stored credentials related to your Microsoft account.

4.Restart your device and sign in again.

Please feel free to reply with the requested details above, as well as the results after trying the troubleshooting steps provided.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. I'm looking forward for your reply.
