Not able to signin with Passkey authentication

Legacy desktop consoles (like Azure AD Connect or older management tools) use traditional Windows login windows. By default, these windows only look for standard passwords. They do not know how to talk to modern web-based passkeys or biometric security keys, leaving you stuck with no option to select your passkey. please let me know best way to signin, we only allow passkey authentication for admin accounts. Thainks
