How do I change subscription payment currency

Hello, I have changed residence country but on trying to update address I cannot change the country. As such I am still being billed ony previous residence currency. How do I:

  1. Change my residence country?
  2. Change the currency I pay my 365 in?

Hello

Do you still have an existing 365 subscription that was signed up in the old country? If so, you cannot just change its currency. Microsoft 365 subscriptions are country/region specific. You need to turn off the auto renewal for this subscription. Let it expire. Then you can update your country and then sign up with a new plan with the new country's locale; it should then apply the new currency.

As long as you use the same Microsoft account, you won't have data loss.
