Does anyone know of a way to add customized fields to the portfolio view in MS Planner 3?

What I am currently able to access in MS Planner 3 appears to only have a few, non-cutomizable fields available in the project portfolio view. Is anyone aware of a way to add customized fields to this portfolio view?

    Hi Sheila

    Thank you for reaching out.

On the portfolio view in Planner (Plan 3), the fields shown are a fixed, predefined set that rolls up from the connected plans, and they cannot currently be customized or extended. The attributes displayed are Project Manager, Progress (percent complete), Start date, and Finish date, all of which are view only. The only field you can adjust is Status, which is set manually from a fixed list of options (Not started, On track, At risk, Off track, and Closed). There is no supported way to add, rename, or remove columns in this portfolio view at this time.

For more information, please refer to Manage multiple plans with portfolios in Microsoft Planner | Microsoft Support

Since portfolio level custom fields are not available today, I recommend submitting feedback directly to Microsoft via the Feedback Portal to help prioritize this feature in future updates.
