May I check and confirm on what do you meant as suspended?

Are you unable to login to the account itself or the Microsoft 365 subscription is the one that is not working?

You can also check and confirm this when you login to your account at account.microsoft.com/services.

Try to logout and login again on any Microsoft 365 app (e.g from Word > click on File > Account > Sign out/Sign in or Update License) and ensure that you are using the correct account that has the subscription in which you can also check and confirm this at account.microsoft.com/services.
