I have an active subscription but have message 'Subscription required to edit and save'

I am unable to edit or save work as I am being told I need a subscription. I have an active Microsoft account and pay for a subscription already. How can I resolve this? If I can't edit or save, I can't work so this is urgent! Please can you help?

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you have encountered an issue with regards to your Microsoft 365 subscription.

May I check and confirm if your account is showing an active subscription when you login at account.microsoft.com/services?

Hi Paul, thank you v much for reply. In the end, I figured I had to use another email associated with my MS account. Do you know if there is a way that I can add my work email to the account? Many thanks again, Nicola
