How to recover my password for an account with 2fa

I know the old phone numbers digits but cant access it because my ex decided to smash it so on my new phone without password or access to that phone number i cant get a new password to my account which im pretty sure was hacked because ive tried all my new and old passwords and theres random xboxes tied to my account that I dont know of I have the accounts Gmail and proof of purchases to prove it is my account but all I can get ahold of is an Ai that wont help me and ive had this account for years now and I wanna keep it so if someone knows what to do could you please tell me
