Need help claiming my ultimate college bundle

Recently purchased a surface pro and need help claiming my ultimate college bundle, I made two microsoft accounts, 1 for school with the .edu email and a personal account, do I just have to wait?

I never got a verification email and there was no pop up. Is there a different way to do the verification?

Dear @Robera Assefa,

If your Surface Pro is eligible for the Ultimate College Bundle, creating both a personal Microsoft account and a school (.edu) account does not automatically redeem the offer.

Microsoft requires verification using a valid .edu email address from an accredited university or college in the U.S. in order to redeem the offer benefits.

Based on Microsoft's published redemption process:

Complete the setup of your new Surface Pro and sign in with a Microsoft account.
Watch for either an on-screen notification during/after setup, or an email sent to the Microsoft account associated with the device.
- You'll be asked to verify your student status using a valid.edu email address.
- After verification is approved, Microsoft states that a redemption email is typically sent within about 3 days, allowing you to claim the Microsoft 365 subscription, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and controller offer.
