My account got hacked and the hacker discord (PII Removed)
Hacked my account and now he changed the recovery email and everything
The email address was (PII Removed) ****@gmail.com but he changed it
I had many games on it and any help would good So Pls give me my account back

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.
Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

But i have proof of payments proof of extortion by the hacker that is here if any high position or any member of Microsoft please refer Service request Number (PII Removed) this which has more info of my hacked account (PII Removed)

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to recover the account once the hacker was able to modify the account's security info.
Please be advised that Microsoft Support will not be able to assist you with manual recovery, unblock, and escalation for this case, as stated in this article, that they are not permitted to send password resets, access, or even change any details on the account:
