Need help recovering an account

A few days ago someone off of discord invited me to a server, then having me complete a 2 step verification with a code that i failed to realize was the security code to change the password to my microsoft account which they then went onto changing my password and verification email. I have tried the Account Recovery Form but each time it has told me i don't have enough information to prove the account is mine because i had a fictional birthday and no passwords saved. The best info i have would be the most recent purchase on the account with the cards information. How can I contact a live agent to help me with this?
