Over charged subscription 2025 and 2026

I was charged $159 in 2025 and $159 today 2026 for a subscription renewal instead of $109 for both years. I did not, and do not want, the upgraded version of microsoft for which I did not get given the option for the cheaper version.

I tried to get a refund last year also but did not realize I had not been refunded by microsoft.

I am very disappointed the microsoft would not make it clear that we can purchase the cheaper plan, but upgraded my subscription without giving the option of the $109 subscription. That is not appreciated.

I would like this issue to be resolved by receiving the refund for 2025 and 2026 as soon as possible otherwise I will be taking it to ACCC who have already tried to get Microsoft to fix this issue.
