Did not receive the "Ultimate college bundle" email

I purchased a Lenovo laptop from Walmart after seeing a Microsoft promotion that included three benefits: one year of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, one year of Microsoft 365 Premium, and an Xbox controller. The instructions stated that I would receive an email with details on how to redeem these offers. However, I have not received any email regarding the redemption process.

I understand how frustrating it can be when you're expecting a redemption email for a promotional offer but haven't received it yet.

First, please check your Spam or Junk folder to see if the redemption email was filtered there.

If you still haven't received the email, I recommend contacting Walmart, where you purchased the laptop. They should be able to verify your purchase, check the status of the promotion, and assist if the redemption email was not sent.
