Camera has not been working after last windows update.

Did troubleshoot and tried to update drivers. All updated, but nothing works.

Initially though that I might have closed the camera using Fn + F4. Check that as well

Thank you, the Camera app should display an error code.

Also, please do this:

Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

Type devmgmt.msc

Press Enter.

Open Camera/ Imaging devices, expand it and right-click the Camera.

Choose Uninstall.

Restart the PC and verify.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

Thank you, Rajesh for getting back. I see LG does not provide separate Camera drivers which we can use as a troubleshooting step.

May I know the error code you get while opening the Camera App? It should start with 0XA...... or something similar.

Also in Settings, let me know if you can see the Camera Image like this - the setting is in Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Cameras.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

    Hi Rajesh,

Apologies for the problem you are having.

I'm going to run through a few steps with you. Some of these are diagnostic — they help me narrow down what's wrong, not fix it outright. So if nothing changes after a step, that's normal and expected, not a dead end. I'll keep going until we've got this resolved.

    Please supply the following Information.

Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.
