  • You reported that your OneDrive storage was showing only 5GB instead of the 1TB included in your subscription.  - You experienced this issue across multiple devices and platforms, including the OneDrive app, in-private browser sessions, and your mobile device using mobile data.  - You did not receive any error messages related to this storage discrepancy.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Could you please open a private browsing window and sign in with your Microsoft account here? Could you please see if the upgraded storage is reflected in your account?

If you’ve upgraded your storage, it usually takes 2–4 hours for the changes to be reflected in your account. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the storage to sync.

First, go to the Services and Subscriptions page - See if your subscription is active. Then,

Select your Office 365 subscription and click Manage.

https://account.microsoft.com/services

  1. Turn off automatic recurring billing.
  2. Wait an hour or two, then turn the recurring bill back on.
  3. See if the storage is being reflected.

Or try deleting a few emails with large attachments or files in OneDrive, and see if your storage syncs.

Let me know if you still need more help.

confirm that your active Microsoft 365 subscription is linked to the same Microsoft account you are using for OneDrive. Then sign out of OneDrive and all Microsoft apps, restart the device, and sign back in.

You can check your subscription under Microsoft Account → Services & subscriptions. If the subscription is active but OneDrive still shows only 5 GB, you will need to contact Microsoft Support and ask them to refresh or reassign the OneDrive storage license on your account. U will have yr subscription payment receipt or order number that u got as proof
