Lists.live.com throwing "This page is no longer available" error - account-wide, not one list

Hi,

I'm on a Microsoft 365 consumer account and use the Lists app (lists.live.com). I've never created a SharePoint site directly on this account - only lists through the Lists app.

Issue: When I try to access lists.live.com (the home page, not just one specific list), I get:

"Sorry, something went wrong - This page is no longer available."

The URL I land on is:

https://lists.live.com/_layouts/15/error.aspx?ErrorText=This%20page%20is%20no%20longer%20available%2E&IsDetailsShown=True&ErrorCorrelationId=[varies each time]

Troubleshooting already tried (no change):

  • Incognito/private browsing
  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • Multiple browsers
  • Confirmed OneDrive storage is at 0% used
  • Confirmed subscription is active (free consumer plan, always has been)

Since this happens on the Lists home page itself (not just one list), it seems like the hidden personal SharePoint/OneDrive-backed site behind my account for Lists may be in a broken or deprovisioned state, rather than an issue with a single list.

Has the status of the backend Lists/SharePoint provisioning for my account changed, and how can I restore access to my list?

Thank you!

I have the same problem. Cannot use Microsoft LIST anymore.

    Website not available: https://lists.live.com/

Local LISTS app also not working. Shows the same error.

    Using personal "Microsoft 365 Single".
