Hello Dan Truette
I can see that you are having issue with your Microsoft 365 family sign in
Since error 0-2035 (0) can occur in different situations, the device platform is important for choosing the right repair steps.
Could you confirm whether you are using Windows or macOS, and whether the error appears immediately after selecting Sign in?
If this is Windows, please try the following first:
- Close all Microsoft 365 apps and restart the computer.
- Open Settings > Windows Update, install all available updates, then restart again.
- Open the Get Help app, search for Sign in to Microsoft Office, and run the Microsoft 365 sign-in troubleshooter. The troubleshooter is designed to diagnose common Microsoft 365 sign-in problems.
- Confirm that the same Microsoft account can sign in successfully at Microsoft 365 on the web. Use the account associated with the Family subscription or the account with which the subscription was shared.
- If the web sign-in works but the desktop apps still show the JavaScript error, run an Online Repair from Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft 365 > Modify > Online Repair.
As a temporary workaround, you can use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint through Microsoft 365 on the web
Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance, I'll be happy to help.
