Samsung S10 Factory Reset

I had recently changed my log in information on my personal cell phone (Samsung S10) and I could not remember what it was. After many failed attempts I was forced to do a factory reset. In doing so the reset removed all my data including all my pictures and apps, particularly the Microsoft Authenticator App. There are 4 different wesite like IDme and Login.GOV that I can't access anymore because I don't have the Authenticator. Is there a process where I can regain access to the Authenticator app and get back into the websites that required a pass code from the Authenticator? Please HELP, I have taxes that I can not pay because I can't log in to these websites.
