I can't log in to my microsoft account

I cant log in to the account because every time i try it sends me an authenticator code but if I am not logged in I cannot see this code and therefore put it in so I am stuck in this loop and I can't log in through this account.

Angeben soll. Kenne diese nicht. Und habe die nummer seit jahren nicht mehr. Können sie mir helfen damit ich wieder zugriff auf meiner email bekomme. Bitte, gestern alles versucht. Aber ohne anmeldung geht das nicht. Brauche hilfe. Um meine email ******@live.de wiederherstellen zu können.
