Open Word.
At the top right of Word, log out of Office.
Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, is your Office license listed correctly there.
I did everything as you said but I am blocked at this step, whichever address I put, there is the same answer:

Please provide more information on your Office license, when you purchased the Office license, that should have become associated to your Microsoft account on that link I provided, where did you get the Office license, and what version of Office did you purchase, is that Office home 2021 or Office Pro plus 2021?
