Dear @Wincy Lau,

Since the same Tag: 5nlhg and Code: 1668537278 appear in both Teams and Outlook, the issue is likely related to the Android Microsoft authentication flow, cached credentials, Microsoft Authenticator/Company Portal background access, or organization sign-in policy.

Please try the steps below:

Confirm that you can sign in to Outlook web and Teams web from a browser.

Update Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Authenticator, Company Portal, Microsoft 365, Android System WebView, and Chrome.

On the HONOR phone, disable battery optimization for Authenticator, Company Portal, Outlook, and Teams.

Allow these apps to auto-launch, launch other apps, and run in the background.

Open Microsoft Authenticator first and keep it running in the background.

Sign in to Outlook first, then sign in to Teams.

Clear app cache/data if the issue still happens. Open Settings > Apps > Teams > Storage > Clear cache. If the issue continues, select Clear data. Repeat the same for Outlook. Restart the phone. Open Authenticator first. Sign in to Outlook, then Teams.

If the issue continues, remove the work/school account from Android Settings > Accounts, restart the phone, then sign in again starting with Authenticator, then Outlook, then Teams.

If the issue still appears, please contact your IT Admin so they can check Microsoft Entra sign-in logs or raise a Microsoft support request. How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.
