How can I increase my feedback responses for MS Forms over 200 - I have upgraded to allow this to happen but it is not working.

    Good day Claire Pegg!

I understand that you upgraded your subscription so your Microsoft Form could receive more than 200 responses, but the form is still stopping at the original limit.

For a paid personal account, the documented limit is 1,000 responses per form. Please open Microsoft Forms in a private/incognito window or a different browser, then sign in only with the Microsoft account that has the upgraded subscription. Confirm that the subscription is active under that same account and check whether the form still shows the 200-response limit. This helps rule out cached credentials or accidentally signing in with another account.

If the form is still capped at 200, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support so they can check whether the Forms entitlement has been correctly applied to the account. Since this is a user‑to‑user community forum, we can only share suggestions based on our findings and personal experiences.

Here's how to reach out to the Support Team (live chat):

    1. Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. In the search box, enter a short description of your issue, for example: Forms response limit did not increase after subscription upgrade
    3. Hit "Get Help"
    4. Scroll down and select Sign in to contact support for further assistance (please sign in using a personal Microsoft account). Then follow the on-screen prompts to reach Support Team.

Tip: Support chat availability may vary by country/region, product, and support hours. If you can't get in touch with a chat agent right away, trying again later or at a different time may help.

Hopefully your concerns will soon be addressed. Thank you so much for your patience!

    Best regards.
