My problem is There is only one time this error crops up for me. It's when I'm on TikTok flipping through videos. PC locks up throws error messages at me. I updated a bunch of drivers, checked windows update, and a bunch of the guides here. Still get it when looking. I could just not look but I'm worried something else will kick off the hunt. Also maybe I'm doing the update drivers wrong. Because every driver I try to update for device manager tells me it's already up to date. Search your pc for the update, hit yes. "The best drivers are already installed" and the problem still remains. I only got uninstall or disable options left. So what do I do? I went to my Network website updated the drivers from there and it really updated more then I thought. So why would anyone do update driver from pc if it doesn't even update anything because "it's already up to date"? I'm following the guide.. still getting the error and crash when I did every fix listed. I really don't want to have to format my system just to fix this.

my board is a Gigabyte Aorus X870e Elite WIFI7. I don't use the wifi and it's already disabled.
Any help would be appreciated cause this didn't start happening till recently and the only thing I did was update the AMD drivers from the website because Gigabyte Control Center was giving me fits. maybe that's what's doing it? I'm not sure. Maybe GCC and AMD adrenaline edition are butting heads. But not sure which one to remove in this case if they are.

In this case, it's best to use the manufacturer's drivers, especially if it's a Gigabyte device.
Have you tried testing with Wi-Fi without a wired network connection enabled to identify which is causing the crash?
Access the c:\windows\minidump folder, copy the files to your desktop, then upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and post the link here for analysis.

I do not use the wifi I prefer Lan wired. The MB requires an antennae for it rather then have one built in, so I never used it.

No, just while I'm watching Tiktok on my browser and scrolling. I've never had it happen while playing games, watching movies. If it comes to installing files too I try not to do that unless it's an update for a system or my games from Steam and such. I can run my games for hours or steam movies with friends and no crashes. Just weirdly it happens on Tiktok on my browser. I've gone through every guide related to "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
What failed: netio.sys" That pops up. I mean i don't have to scroll Tiktok it's not important. But the fact it happens at all when I am on there. Has me curious as to why.

Uninstall the software (Ad-Guard) and run a 24-hour test to see if the crashes have stopped. Let me know here if possible.
Open the command prompt and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

After strenuous testing. That indeed seemed to be the problem, removed it entirely from the system went in and removed every back file left behind and spent an hour on the site. usually crashed every ten to fifteen minutes so far so good. Thanks for the help.

well now I have a new problem. Having to use my phone for this. In uninstalling the program my ethernet device is now marked as generic. I can not connect to the internet pc wise now. My system does not recognize the device anymore. I've spent a few hours trying to fix it. I have to roll back which is going to reinstall Adguard. I'm hoping just shutting it off and making sure it doesn't start up again will have to do. I'm afraid to remove the program.

I did, had to roll back time to before I uninstalled it. I used my reestablished connection to search for a removal tool which they did have. I promptly used it and it safely removed it without it destroying dozens of driver files like when I simply right clicked then said uninstall from remove apps. Crisis solved. Thank you again for working with me today. I appreciate it greatly. Going to learn from this and do more research into programs like this to avoid it in the future.
My answer is this Adguard was the culprit. It has been removed, crashes stopped. If you have this program and are crashing. find their removal tool and use it. I suffered driver failure cascade after using basic uninstall options.
