I lost my phone, cannot access Authenticator for Outlook

When I lost my phone and got a new one, I was forced out of my hotmail account and lost the Authenticator, and it will not restore from a backup. I am still logged into my hotmail account on my PC, and I even have my recovery key, but it will not let me back in, there has GOT to be a faster way to do this than waiting 30 days for a security info reset, just because I have 2FA turned on.

I have so many other ways to perform MFA and prove my identity. I had to create a whole new outlook account just to post this.
