I downloaded the WhatsApp application for my PC.
When trying to install it, I get the message below:
Right after, I get another message:
I have a high-speed connection working all the time, and a paid Microsoft 365 Personal Classic license renewed on April.
I use my past company work computer running on Win 10 Pro Ver 20H2 OS build 19042.1706
The WhatsApp used to work on my PC and suddenly stopped working due to MS problems with no ability to reinstall as stated above.
WhatsApp Web works fine, including the phone
Any suggestions on how to solve this?

I can totally understand the frustration you are having with downloading Whatsapp.
Let us try using a package manager to install the app which should work.
In the Windows search,
Type cmd, right-click it, and choose Run as Administrator.
Copy/Paste this command:
winget install 9nksqgp7f2nh
Press Y to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Wait for it to install.
