My Microsoft account was taken over months ago. The attacker replaced all recovery methods with a Russian email address. The recovery form has failed repeatedly. I still control the original Gmail sign-in address but have forgotten previous passwords, account creation details, billing records, and other proof of ownership. Can my case be escalated to the Account Recovery/Data Protection team for investigation?
