HP printer not printing...got Microsoft chat and she used quick assist to take over laptop. She concluded newly installed Microsoft 365, since printer was printing reports. she "fixing/reinstalled . still not printing. she said I could go back to service request (PII Removed) and continue conversation. went to "live wegit" that she left on my computer and it says that ticket is closed and there was nothing on the screen to "continue"

Can you clarify if the printer fails to print only from Office applications, or if it won't print any files at all?
What is your HP printer model?
What connection are you using—Wi-Fi or a USB cable?

Envy Inspire 7900e. Wi-Fi. When I tried to print an icloud picture in my files...it gave me this error message. "your computer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem. 0x80004005. almost everything I have on computer goes through office applications. where else could I try and print?? We know wifi is connected to printer because I printed printer reports from laptop to printer.

To do this, go to start menu > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers > Select HP 7900 and click Remove devices.

Download the HP printer driver, run it as administrator, and follow the instructions.
Run the Autorun driver installation procedure to re-add the printer using the offline software.

working!! thanks. can you help with another problem. This is a new laptop that I have been setting up. I like to have my photos as a sideshow in my background. I can use pictures file on my laptop...but if I want to see any icloud pictures it says non available. I used to use them on my other laptop...I can see my icloud pictures in file folder, but they won't pull up to use in slideshow.

I'm glad it worked. Regarding the photos: are you using the iCloud for Windows app, or did you sync the photos using the Windows app?
To do this, you can sync the photos using the link below (you'll need to have the app installed):

Then, just follow the procedure below to sync the photos to Windows:

After that, go to the Start menu > Settings > System > Personalization > Background, change the mode to "Slideshow," click "Browse," and select the folder shown in the previous steps.
That's it—it will load the photos from the root directory or the specific folder you selected during the iCloud Photos sync.

OK...icloud photos was already turned on in icloud app...i went to my file explorer and icloud photos adn they are all there BUT when i go to background in settings and click same folder it says "no items match your search"??? hummmm

I understand—so when you access the local directory, the photos don't appear, correct?
If possible, please go to Windows Explorer > Local Disk (C:) > Users > [Your Username] > Photos > iCloud Photos > Photos and check if the folders or photos have any sync icons or red 'X' marks on them.

Do i need to restart computer...icloud photos as you describe was already turned on. when i go to settings/background, slideshow, browse photos...any icloud pictures i choose says "not available". icloud photos, Linda personal/desktop photos, desktop/pictures...nothing available.?

Thanks. If possible, please click the arrow next to "iCloud Photos" (as shown in the image) to view the advanced settings.
Then, take a new screenshot and post it here.
The reason for this is that the photos haven't been downloaded; they are only appearing because they are currently set to "online only."
