    Hi Beverley,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I understand that you would like to copy your Contact List from Outlook to OneNote. Then, if any changes are made to the contact list in OneNote, you would like Outlook to be updated automatically as well.

However, OneNote and Outlook do not provide two-way synchronization for contacts. Contacts in Outlook cannot be linked to OneNote in a way that allows OneNote to be updated automatically when you add or edit contacts in Outlook, or vice versa.

I hope this information is helpful.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation
