When i click on activate within Excel... it won't login to my account?

Hello. I have the same issue. When I try to activate it says "An unknown error has occurred. The error code is: 0x0". The account is correct and shows the purchase. I have tried installing, uninstalling, removing the license, etc. and still get the same issue. I assume the app was upgraded by mistake and that caused all the issues.
