how to recover my Insta & Facebook account which has 2FA

I have lost access to the phone used for two-factor authentication and have been unable to access my Facebook and Instagram Business Accounts for over a week. The selfie verification process repeatedly rejects me because my business account does not contain photos of me, and I am never presented with an option to submit an ID for verification. All available recovery links lead back to the same selfie and 2FA prompts, leaving me unable to verify my ownership despite being the legitimate account owner. This account is critical to my business, and I urgently need an alternative verification method or manual review.
